Trade-In Assistance Program

What is TAP?

– TAP is a multi-channel dealership advertising campaign that combines the targeted accuracy of traditional direct mail to your existing owner base with the power of the web.

How does it work?

– Your customers receive a mail piece that offers them 120% trade in value (relative to Fair KBB value) for their current vehicle. Customers must visit www.tradeinprogram.com and enter their PIN and vehicle information which creates a lead for you to follow on. As many as 20% of these customers will schedule their own appointments online without your sales staff lifting a finger. It gets better...you will recieve a database with detailed customer information including customer name, phone, email, and trade-in details. We also track and provide you with the customer's actions on the email piece (did they visit your website, schedule their own appointment, print out coupons, etc.). This database is updated in real time and provides you with an amazing telemarketing list...we'll even provide you with proven phone scripts and training to close as many of these in market car buyers as possible. TAP also includes a dealer branded micro-site that further explains the program to your customers, and includes special vehicle offers and coupons.

Testimonials

The TAP Program has been an overwhelming success for our dealers since we created the program last fall. We've had several clients repeat the program 2 and 3 times based on the results they've received...not to mention the fact they are still selling cars from the original database of customers that the TAP program generated for them initially. Here's what some of our clients had to say about TAP:
